Top with a slice of Westphalia Ham and drizzle honey.
Warm the figs for about 7 – 10 minutes and serve immediately.
Notes
This dessert was amazing with a Chateauneuf - du - Pape. Even though the honey is sweet the blue cheese stands out as the priority flavour.
We've paired: Domaine Du Vieux Lazaret 2019 Chateauneuf - du - Pape
