Steak Pita’s with Herb Labneh
Does everyone know how to cook a steak? Sear it in a little butter on the stove, grill with a little olive oil, and the spices you prefer. Let it rest before cutting into it.

- 1 Promise Pita
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- ¼ cup Herb Labneh
- 4 oz. (114 gr) steak, sliced
- 7 -9 (100 gr) Slow Roasted Tomatoes
- 2 TBSP (14 gr) Pickled Red Onions
Pre heat grill to 400.
Grill or sear steak and let rest.
While steak is resting, reduce heat to 300 and place pita on the grill.
Warm the pita and brush with olive oil.
Cut pita into 2 or 3 pieces and add Herb Labneh, steak slices, tomatoes and onions.
Serve immediately.
