Steak Pita’s with Herb Labneh

Does everyone know how to cook a steak? Sear it in a little butter on the stove, grill with a little olive oil, and the spices you prefer. Let it rest before cutting into it.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Promise Pita
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • ¼ cup Herb Labneh
  • 4 oz. (114 gr) steak, sliced
  • 7 -9 (100 gr) Slow Roasted Tomatoes
  • 2 TBSP (14 gr) Pickled Red Onions

Instructions
 

  • Pre heat grill to 400.
  • Grill or sear steak and let rest.
  • While steak is resting, reduce heat to 300 and place pita on the grill.
  • Warm the pita and brush with olive oil.
  • Cut pita into 2 or 3 pieces and add Herb Labneh, steak slices, tomatoes and onions.
  • Serve immediately.
