Sprinkles – Sunset Grown Tomatoes
These micro-grape tomatoes are bursting with sweet flavour!
We threw a handful on
Spicy Roasted Chicken Salad with Yogurt Dressing
and recently slow roasted them to top
Tomato and Feta Salad
. Sometimes we pair
Bruschetta
with
Hummus
and
Tzatziki
for a Greek meze style meal.
They are packaged in 3.5 oz (100 gram) containers.

Ingredients

olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 and toss tomatoes with olive oil on a baking sheet.
Slow roast for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven and let rest until tomatoes come to room temperature.
Plate Bruschetta and then top with the tomatoes. The tomatoes will b very fragile so do not toss or stir after roasting.
