- ½ cup (125 ml) apple juice (23 CHO/22 ml)
- 1 tsp. Dijon
- 2 TBSP cream
- 2 allspice berries
- 1 whole clove
- ½ tsp. dried sage
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 TBSP butter divided
*1 Granny Smith apple (200 gr before peeled and cored, 143 gr after)
