Tzatziki
and takes a fraction of the time.

fresh lemon juice

Instructions
Simple, simple, simple! Make earlier in the day and refrigerate or make it just before serving.
Mix all sauce ingredients and serve whenever you want.
If you are making Gremolata, sprinkle a bit on the sauce if desired.
Notes
As per usual, this is a condiment - not eaten by itself. So pair with what you are serving iti with.
