Dill Cream

This Dill Cream is adapted from Wolfgang Puck’s famous Smoked Salmon and Dill Pizza.
We love it with briny Lox, capers and bagels…………and it is the best Dill Dip for pretzels!
Dill Cream:
Use fresh baby dill for an outstanding dill dip! This is as easy as one-two-three to serve immediately or to make ahead and serve when you need it. The dip is so versatile we keep finding more ways to use it other than on Smoked Salmon and Dill Pizza.

Method
- Finely chop baby dill and stir all cream ingredients to blend.
- Serve immediately or let rest, refrigerated for a minimum of 1 hour and serve.
