Tajin Grilled Chicken Breasts

Tajin Classico Seasoning from Mexico is really good on just about anything. We like it sprinkled on chicken breasts, or fruit and vegetables. It’s mild with some dried peppers, sea salt and dehydrated lime.

Tajin Grilled Chicken Breasts

The heat level is mild.
Serve with a simple side of broccoli and Hollandaise. Our favorite packaged Hollandaise is Epicure Brand, sold by private consultants and shipped directly to your door.

Ingredients
  

  • Chicken Breasts
  • Tajin Classico Seasoning
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat grill for 400.
  • Pat chicken dry with paper towel and rub with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle Tajin Seasoning (salt and pepper if using); and grill until juices run clear, about 20 – 25 minutes.
