Horseradish Cream

Horseradish Cream

Horseradish has been cultivated since antiquity! It’s a perennial that stores in the freezer like ginger can be. Very strong freshly grated, we usually opt for the prepared jars! nearly always found near roast beef.

Horseradish Cream Cheese

This is a nice change from horseradish cream made with sour cream. It holds together a little thicker. We love it with cucumber, lox and capers but also great on crostini topped with a rare slice of Beef Tenderloin as part of the Charcuterie.
