Baja Sauce

Baja Sauce

Most often we make Baja Sauce for Fish/Shrimp Tacos, its smokey and earthy flavours enhance the tacos; but we have been know to drizzle it on fish sticks as well.

Thanks to Brother-in-law, Kevin for the recipe! Fish Tacos are a family favorite and a fun summertime meal. This sauce is very earthy in flavor, if you want a brighter, cilantro style sauce, try our Cool Green Dip. We often serve both with tacos.
