Any subtle flavoured fish will be perfect with the sesame seeds. Sesame seeds are one of the oldest cultivated crops, withstanding drought conditions while still maintaining a high fat content and nutty flavour. We serve with Sautéed Bok Choy and Oyster Sauce.
