It is always nice to entertain during the Christmas Season, and we love serving little tastes of a nice hot soup. The soy sauce adds a bit of Unami flavour and fresh ginger adds the depth. Any left over coconut milk freezes really well.

Fresh herbs infuse the chicken with lots of flavour, the longer you are able to marinate it. Don’t shy away from the black peppercorns, it is really good when the entire meal comes together.
Not quite a Greek Salad, but almost. Tomatoes fresh from the grower and Persian cucumbers make this salad. Very easy to make alongside or on top of Aleppo Pepper Meatballs and Hummus.
