These potatoes are very flavorful, and we like to serve them with Pan-Seared Chicken, Rack of Lamb, or Lamb Loin Chops. The tangy Chevre balances out the natural sweetness of the potatoes.

Our favorite bottled pasta sauce, hands down! I read an interesting article about Rao’s in Vanity Fair, Oct 10, 2016 and we were delighted when the local Italian Market started selling jars of their pasta sauces this fall. This is our “go to” fast food!
Potatoes become a canvas for the flavors served with them and that’s how the wine should be paired. Beef Stew will call for a different wine than a cream sauce drizzled over potatoes.
