Spearhead Winery is one of friendliest low-key wineries in S.E. Kelowna. Luckily a mere 15 minutes away from us. This 15 acre estate, focuses on small lot Pinot Noirs and some whites. Many of the wines have won awards.

Winter Salads can be just as good as summer ones, using fruit such as Pomegranates and late season Granny Smith Apples. This salad disappears at the Christmas potluck, or any potluck for that matter.
The potatoes absorb the Balsamic, which becomes a sticky, delicious crust around the pan. Serve with Peas and Leeks if you like.
