Pork Stir Fry
There are as many variations of a Stir Fry as thee are Spaghetti Sauce recipes. The idea is not to overcook the vegetables and marinate thinly cut meat before a fast dip in the wok.
The prep time is definitely the timely factor, the wok is quick, quick, quick.
Pork Stir Fry
Cut the pork as thinly as you can if it to absorb the flavours of the sauce while marinating for about 30 minutes before heating up the wok. Have all the vegetables cut and rice cooking before you start. Vermicelli is also a great side dish.Bok Choy always cooks down, and we love it. Put it all in the wok and you will be able to eat it all!

- We add carrots then the celery. Cook a couple minutes and add Bok choy.

- Next is broccoli, cauliflower and onions.
- Peppers and Napa cabbage go in next.
- Add pork to vegetables cook as you want, garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
Notes
This is not by any means a spicy stir fry, although it could be if you wanted. So, the wine needs to be paired with the boldest flavours.
We loved a Chardonnay and a Pinot Noir for a red.
We’ve paired:
- La Crema Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 2022 ($40.00)
- Louis Latour Bourgogne Chardonnay 2023 ($30.00)
