Layered Mediterranean Dip

Flavours of the Middle East, Greece and Italy come together in this incredible dip. Start and layer with Hummus, Tzatziki, and Bruschetta.

Layered Mediterranean Dip

Whether we have leftovers or make the Hummus, Tzatziki and Bruschetta especially for this dip, layer and serve with pitas and Greek Style Meatballs.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (240 gr) Hummus
  • 1 cup (272 gr) Tzatziki
  • 1 cup (176 gr) Bruschetta

Instructions
 

  • Spread hummus on bottom of serving dish, then tzatziki and top with bruschetta.
  • Garnish with a few black olive pieces if desired.

Notes

We started with an Italian wine, given the flavours and region the dip hails from.  And the next time we made the dip, we tried a Spanish wine.  Both paired beautifully.
