Roasted Radishes

Roasted Radishes

Roasted Radishes are much sweeter than fresh; we find them similar to roasted root vegetables. This is an easy side dish; they look beautiful on the plate and the taste will surprise you. Give them a try! It’s well worth it!

Roasted Radishes

Cooking time will depend on the size of your radishes. Ours were unusually large, so 20 minutes was enough to cook them through without softening them too much.
