Creamy Caesar Salad
Caesar Salad is a classic salad anytime of the year and accompanies so many of our meals, or it is the meal! This is a creamier version for those who prefer.
Creamy Caesar Salad
A change to the way we usually make Caesar Salad. More mayonnaise and less oil all put into the blender.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup (51 gr) Hellman’s Real Mayonnaise
- ½ cup (35 gr) Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- ½ TBSP French’s Gluten Free Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 – 4 anchovies chopped
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- ¼ tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. garlic minced
- 8 – 10 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
Instructions
- Rinse and chop lettuce. Let air dry for an hour after spinning. The lettuce can be wrapped in paper towel, placed in a large Zip Lock bag and stored in the refrigerator for days.
- Place all ingredients in a small blender/food processor and blend until smooth.
- Toss with lettuce and serve.
- Garnish with lemon and more Parmesan if desired.
Notes
Chardonnay is always a good choice with the flavours of Caesar Salad.
A New World Pinot Noir also paired beautifully.
