Honey Yogurt Parfait
We were introduced to this stunning Honey Greek Yogurt while staying at the Burke Mansion Bed & Breakfast in Macon, Georgia. Greek Gods Honey Yogurt is decadent, like velvet with the sweetness of honey.
Honey Yogurt Parfait
Even though I had this every morning at the Burke Mansion, the yogurt is well placed at any meal, as a snack or as dessert. It is rich, so a little goes a long ways.Once opened give it a really good stir to incorporate the honey and yogurt.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup (63 gr) Greek Gods Honey Yogurt
- 1 tsp. (2 gr) Made Good Crispy Light Strawberry Granola
- 3 medium/large (55 gr) strawberries
- 10 (15 gr) blueberries
Instructions
- Slice strawberries in 3 slices each and place around the outside of a parfait or clear wine glass.
- Spoon yogurt into the center and top with the granola and blueberries.
Notes
This breakfast parfait is very sweet. We suggest pairing it with a very dry “Brut” Sparkling wine, to contrast with the honey rather than join it.
