Notes

Our favourite pairing was a beer to cut though the sweet and tangy!
  • Modelo Especial Mexican Beer

  • Gluten Free New Grist Beer

Red wine was really difficult – Kirkland Chianti not quite right, nor was Coyam Syrah blend from Chile. The Bonterra Merlot didn’t impress us as a perfect pairing either.
We’ve paired white or rose wines a little more successfully.
  • Quail’s Gate Chardonnay 2019 ($26.00)

  • Belleruche Rose Cotes-du-Rhone ($13.00)
