Brancaia is an acclaimed family-owned Estate Winery, in Tuscany, Italy. Located on the seaside regions along the Mediterranean.
Brancaia 2015 TRE Toscana is a dry elegant, well-structured medium-bodied red wine. It’s a blend of Sangiovese: 80%, Merlot: 10% and Cabernet Sauvignon: 10%.
TRE stands for the 3 grape varieties and the family’s 3 Tuscan Estates.
It paired perfectly with Beef Tenderloin, the rich Crab Legs and Clarified Butter. Their website says it matches every cuisine. We also love it with rich tomato sauce-based pastas.
Every now and again you may find a 2015 vintage, so snap it up!
And of course, the other years are delicious as well! Those Italians!
