Mudslide Martini
Even though this drink says cozy up to the fire, the Mudslide was actually created at the Wreck Bar in Rum Point on Grand Cayman Island. It is the islands’ signature drink today; so just think sandy beaches instead of are-ski. It is potent so one is plenty.

Cream makes a difference, so don’t substitute milk and enjoy at the end of a long day. It’s dessert in a glass!
Ingredients
- 1 oz. 2 TBSP Vodka
- 1 oz. 2 TBSP Kahlua
- 1 oz. 2 TBSP Bailey’s Irish Cream
- ½ oz. 1 TBSP Cream
- Shaved chocolate to garnish
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add ingredients and shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a little shaved chocolate if desired.
