Beef Burgers with Mushrooms and Swiss Cheese
Beef Burgers with Mushrooms and Swiss Cheese
Using a Chef’s Blend of mushrooms really does amp up the taste experience! Enoki mushrooms are a little treat in addition to a Chef’s Blend.
Cook the mushrooms just before the burgers are done and serve with any sides you prefer.

Notes
We’ve tried many wines over many summers. Pairing the beef with the richness of the mushrooms has taken some effort but we were up for the challenge!
Even if you are tempted stay away from the bigger wines like a Cabernet Sauvignon or even a Tempranillo blend. Our best pairing thus far has been an Old-World Chianti.
We’ve paired:
• Poggio Bonelli Chianti Classico 2015
